The project

The Landings at Bolling Square is a condo and townhome community in Norfolk—right on the water, tucked next to one of the city’s most established neighborhoods. The developers needed a way to introduce it to potential buyers: something that would capture the lifestyle, the location, and the low-maintenance appeal, all in one cohesive package.

What we did

We created a full set of marketing materials to help tell the story:

  • A brochure with clean, welcoming design and copy that spoke directly to the idea of “worry-free living”
  • A builder profile to establish trust and showcase the team behind the project
  • Easy-to-digest floor plans to help buyers picture themselves at home
  • And even a branded water bottle as a thoughtful touch for open houses or giveaways

The look and feel focused on simplicity, calm, and comfort—just like life at The Landings.

The outcome

With everything working together visually and strategically, the marketing helped give The Landings a clear identity and set it apart from other new builds in the area. It gave the sales team tools they could use to connect with potential buyers, and it brought the development to life well before the first home was sold.
