The project
Atypical providers supporting Long-Term Supports and Services (LTSS) come from non-medical backgrounds, such as construction or installation companies, and may have little to no experience with medical coding or jargon. These providers needed an easier way to access member information and task-based forms in a single, user-friendly platform.
What we did
We designed a streamlined, intuitive platform that brought everything atypical providers needed into one place. The platform featured a comprehensive member profile, offering easy access to personal stories, care plans, and all relevant details. We also simplified the claims process, eliminating the need for complex medical codes and ensuring faster, error-free submissions.
The outcome
The platform successfully reduced confusion and delays for atypical providers. By centralizing member information and simplifying the claims process, providers could quickly and accurately submit claims, which in turn led to faster payments and less manual work for payers. The result was a more efficient and reliable experience for both providers and payers alike.
